I have an issue with my product what can I do?

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalized. Please reach out to our team at

I did not purchase my product with any personalization and would like to return or exchange it, what do I do?

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalization we are happy to provide you with a an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us if it is in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Please reach out to our team at for a returns label.

My personalization is wearing off, what can I do?

MAAD has a limited warranty that covers manufacturers’ defects for 12 months and monogram defects for 3 months from order date. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship that are a direct result of manufacturing processes and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.

Wear and tear is that generated from daily use and can additionally be from coming in contact with abrasive substances, surfaces or chemicals, excessive exposure in direct sunlight, high humidity and temperature extremes.

Pebbled bovine leathers used in the construction of our products are supple materials and as such, creases, variations or irregularities in texture and colour are a natural aspect of leather.

It is at the discretion of your dedicated MAAD Customer Care agent whether the faulty item will be replaced.
